Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handmade pieces, all products are made to order, and as such are custom pieces and all sales are final!

However we will happily repair any malfunctions or failures free of charge! If this isn’t possible we will exchange the item with a like for like item, or in the very rare times this isn’t possible, issue a refund after inspection of the returned item!
