Lifetime Guarantee and logo Policy.
Please allow me to start off by saying a massive, massive thank you for choosing to buy our handmade leather products!
It really does mean the absolute world to us and if it wasn’t for your generosity, then I wouldn’t be able to continue doing the thing that I love!
My goal at Chrisy’s is to deliver you the very best products that I can, in exchange for your hard earned money! Products that are truly made with passion, that are made to last and hopefully will only get better with the passage of time!
That being said, leather is a natural product, and as all my pieces are 100% cut, glued and stitched by hand, there is always a very, very, very small chance that something might go wrong!
So exactly what does our lifetime guarantee cover?
If for some reason one of our products is defective, then I will happily repair the product, or if it’s beyond repair, then rest assured, I will replace it!
This guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, the natural patination/aging process, or potential damage from daily use of the product! Neither does this cover neglect or misuse or generally not taking care of your item!
It also doesn’t cover additional charges such as local/regional/country taxes or import duties, or incursions from shipping or freight!
Company Logo and Merchandising.
Occasionally we’re asked to make some of our products without our company logo, which is mostly for historical items and for particular personalisation reasons which we’re more than happy to do, but in the case of these times it’s our policy to still brand/Logo our products, but in the most sympathetic way possible, I.e in a hidden location not visible whilst wearing or showing the piece!
Now that the nitty gritty is out of the way, go out there and use that piece with pride, take good care of it, and most importantly, enjoy using it!
